Caorle hosts large events on the coast. Among the most important there is the "Scogliera Viva", where internationally renowned sculptors are called to give new life to the rock with beautiful sculptures, creating a veritable open-air art gallery.
The marvelous cliff can be admired from the Sanctuary of the Madonna dell'Angelo, continuing along the dike.
The second event is "Flussi Diversi", an opportunity to meet in the month of May for poets and writers in the streets of the historic center that acts as a stage.
In September instead there is the traditional International Street Theater Festival and the traditional Fish Festival in October.
But in every period of the year there are musical events such as the concert season in the Duomo, the jazz music festival in April, and sporting events in the municipal stadium and the “PalaMare” of Caorle, a multi-purpose center where international basketball tournaments are organized, handball , volleyball, karate and five-a-side football and much more.
An important holiday is linked to an ancient tradition and to the "Madonna dell'Angelo", which is celebrated every 5 years in the month of September, with the procession at sea.
Over the decades, while keeping intact the charm of its seaside village, Caorle has become a renowned tourist center that has about 200 hotels of different categories, apartments, residences and villas, nine campsites and tourist villages, colonies for climatic stays, two docks for pleasure boats with over 900 berths, meeting places, about 150 restaurants, pizzerias, a thousand shops, numerous bathing establishments and the possibility to practice any kind of sport to offer tourists an unforgettable holiday.
There is a large water park, Aquafollie di Caorle, full of slides and attractions for all ages.
Animations are organized for children with games and creative activities, group dances, zumba, water dances, water aerobics and much more.
Near the Aquafollie, throughout the summer, a fun park is set up, the Luna Park (funfair), full of rides for children and those with more adrenaline for young and daring.
