Description:
The apartments LE PLEIADI are 2 small houses, surrounded by green, are situated at about 80 m. from the beach and at about 100 m from the touristic harbour.
The apartments are built on the ground floor with garden (could be small private garden or a bigger one shared with the neighboring apartment), at first or second floor with balcony.
All apartments, renovated during 2020, are modernly furnished and equipped with TV and microwave, WIFI and air conditioning (on request, with supplement).
1 parking space per apartment.
Laundry room on the ground floor available to customers.
Good quality (apartments can be differently furnished and equipped on the base of the taste of the owners).

Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge of Euro 90,00 per apartment to pay at arrival; anyway the customer must clean the kitchen area (cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator, garbage, etc...);

Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment;
Bed linen: not included - customers must bring the own sheets or hire them on site;
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels;
The tourist tax (local tax) must be paid locally on arrival (2022 - € 1,30 / person / night from 12 years - will be calculated a maximum of 10 nights). |
