Description:

The residence CAORLE is a newly built building (2021), located in Caorle at about 200 m. from the Spiaggia di Ponente (West Beach) and about 1,5 km from the historic centre.

All the flats, with 2 bedrooms, are modernly furnished and have all the modern comforts for a perfect holiday by the sea: air conditioning and heating, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenette with induction hob and oven, bathroom with shower cabin and furnished balcony.

For minimum stays of 7 nights, the following services are included in the price:
- beach service (approx. mid-May to mid-September);
- swimming pool (approx. mid-May to mid-September);
- final cleaning.


ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON REQUEST (to be booked in advance and paid on arrival):
- baby cot (for children up to 2 years): Euro 20,00 / week;
- bed linen and towels rental: Euro 15,00 / person / set.

Consumption: gas, water, electricity supply is not included - compulsory charge of Euro 80,00 per apartment per week to pay at arrival;
Final cleaning: is included - anyway the customer must clean the kitchen area (cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator, garbage, etc...);
Beach service: is included;
Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment;
Bed linen: not included - customers must bring the own sheets or hire them on site;
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels or hire them on site;

Minimum stay
7 nights from 24.04.25 to 27.09.25 | arrival and departure day: Saturday

The tourist tax (local tax) must be paid locally on arrival (2025 - € 1,70 / person / night from 6 years - will be calculated a maximum of 10 nights).
