    Description:

    The BRAIDA apartments are located about 150 m. from the private beach, in Viale Santa Margherita, the main road of the Spiaggia di Ponente in Caorle, which in the evening, thanks to the numerous shops, supermarkets, bars and pizzerias, turns into a lively pedestrian area for strolling.

    The two-room apartments for 4 people and three-room apartments for 6 people in the holiday home BRAIDA are equipped with air conditioning (heating for the winter), TV, safe, washing machine and ironing board. On request it is possible to book high chair, baby bathtub, toilet seat reducer and microwave oven.

    The kitchenette is well equipped with gas stove, refrigerator and cookware.

    The living area leads to the balcony furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

    The sleeping area is characterized by 1 or 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and bathroom.

    The holiday apartments also have a covered parking space in the parking lot.

    A beach place with sun beds and sunshade is included in the price.

    Minimum stay


    Stays of less than 7 nights and/or with arrival/departure other than Saturday are possible on request and with a supplement from 02.04 to 18.06 and from 29.08 to 30.10.

    The tourist tax (local tax) must be paid locally on arrival (2022 - € 1,30 / person / night from 12 years - will be calculated a maximum of 10 nights).
